You can request deletion of your ChartMind AI account and associated personal data here without signing in. This form does not ask for your password, API keys or trading credentials.
Web deletion request
Enter the email address associated with your account. Your request will be placed in a private support queue. We may contact you at that address to verify account ownership before deletion. The request itself does not immediately delete the account.
What may be deleted
After verification and completion, deletion may include your account profile, authentication-token records, chart analysis records, usage records, support ticket links and stored chart images. Support conversations and attachments held in Chatwoot require deletion through the support system as part of the operational process.
What may be retained temporarily
Limited records may need to be retained where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, resolving a dispute, backup integrity or legal obligations. Deletion-request records are retained long enough to verify, process and document the request. The owner must confirm specific retention periods.
