How does chart analysis work?
You upload a supported chart image and select the relevant settings. The service validates and securely stores the image, sends it with analysis context to an AI provider, and returns a structured result for you to review.
Why did ChartMind return WAIT?
WAIT means the analysed information did not support a sufficiently clear directional setup under the current analysis logic. It can reflect mixed structure, weak confirmation or poor risk context. It is not a prediction.
How many analyses can I run?
Daily analysis limits may apply depending on the current ChartMind plan. The app will show when a limit has been reached; avoid relying on a fixed number shown outside the app.
Does ChartMind guarantee profitable trades?
No. ChartMind provides analytical and educational information. Analyses can be incorrect or incomplete, and the app does not guarantee profits, returns, accuracy or outcomes.
How do I report a problem?
