These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of ChartMind AI. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
Owner/legal review is required before publication. No registered company name, governing-law jurisdiction or formal business address was supplied, so none has been invented.
1. Acceptance of terms
If you do not agree to these terms, do not use ChartMind AI. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and meet any minimum age required in your location.
2. Account responsibilities
Provide accurate account information, keep your credentials confidential and promptly report suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity through your account except where applicable law provides otherwise.
3. App purpose and analysis limitations
ChartMind AI is an analytical and educational tool. It processes chart images and market data to produce AI-assisted technical observations. Output may be delayed, incorrect, incomplete, unavailable or unsuitable for your circumstances. A WAIT result means the available context did not support a sufficiently clear setup under the analysis logic; it is not a promise about what the market will do next.
4. Financial risk
ChartMind AI does not provide personalised financial, investment, legal or tax advice and does not execute trades. Markets can move rapidly and involve a risk of loss. You remain solely responsible for independent research, risk controls and every trading or investment decision.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, bypass limits, disrupt infrastructure, introduce malicious code, scrape the service at unreasonable volume, impersonate another person, violate law or third-party rights, or use outputs to mislead others. Do not upload unlawful content or content you lack permission to process.
6. User content
You retain rights you have in chart images, messages and attachments you submit. You grant ChartMind the limited permission needed to host, process, transmit and display that content solely to operate, secure and support the service. You are responsible for removing unnecessary personal or confidential information before uploading.
7. Intellectual property
ChartMind AI, its interface, branding, software, original content and related materials are owned by ChartMind or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms grant a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the service.
8. Third-party services
Features rely on third parties, including AI processing, crypto market data and support infrastructure. Third-party outages, changes and terms may affect availability. Your use of external links or services is also subject to their applicable terms.
9. Availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Features, supported markets, plans and usage limits may change. Daily analysis limits may apply depending on the current ChartMind plan.
10. Support
Support is available through authenticated in-app chat and tickets and the public support portal. Response times are not guaranteed.
11. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, investigate misuse, comply with law or enforce these terms. Where appropriate, we will consider the nature and severity of the issue.
12. Account deletion
You may request deletion from the public account-deletion page. We may verify ownership first. Some limited records may be retained temporarily for security, legal or backup purposes as explained in the Privacy Policy.
13. Disclaimers
To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis without guarantees of accuracy, profitability, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted operation. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
14. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by applicable law, ChartMind will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of profit, trading loss, loss of data or decisions made in reliance on an analysis. Any limitation applies only to the extent legally permitted.
15. Changes to terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes to the service or law. The updated date will be shown above. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
